Version 15

Ramsys is now compiled on the latest release of its development language platform (August 2025). This brings notable improvements and adds capabilities, including support for addressing up to 4TB of RAM, improved stability, performance enhancements, and ongoing compatibility with modern Windows environments.
Vsn 15.0
  • Improvements to the Shopify API, a new sync method means data sync to Shopify will be instantaneous.
  • Improvements to the Klaviyo API sync, new members will be added instantaneously.
  • Under the hood enhancements to maintain performance and reliability
  • The Ordering module when run in sales replenishment mode will now include all items - even if they are not required to order. this will make it easier to add orders manually. Tick off the all items box if you do not want this.
  • Print Preview in Order processing has been added to the manual order screen.
  • Improvements to the print preview engine.
  • When using the QuickSell button in Sales screen to select a weighed item without scales connected, the system will now prompt for the quantity (weight) sold.

Version 14

 We are excited to announce that Ramsys has been upgraded to the latest version of our development platform, marking a significant milestone in its evolution. This release is the first to be compiled with the updated technology, bringing notable improvements in speed, more efficient resource usage on your PC, and enhanced capabilities. These upgrades are designed to improve overall performance and ensure Ramsys continues to meet your business needs with even greater reliability. All Ramsys applications are now 50-75% more efficient, meaning they use significantly fewer resources on your PC. This update will free up system capacity, delivering faster performance and allowing you to work more smoothly than ever before.
Vsn 14.3
  • Multiple changes implemented to ensure full compatibility with recent Microsoft Windows Update mandates, improving stability and compliance across Windows integration components.
  • Improvements to touch screen handling. This has improved accuracy and response on tablet/Touch Screen/Portal operations.
  • Added the ability to print a pro Forma invoice to the park a Sale function.
  • Individual IPS on the Dashboard now set to 2 decimal places.
  • Added integration to the Wedderburn electronic shelf labels.
  • Added Stock Sales Matrix, provides a detailed month-by-month breakdown of stock sales across a 12-month period
  • Sales screen quick sell: Split the Set Qty button into separate "Set Qty" and "Refund" buttons for faster and simpler processing.
  • Added a Bulk CRM add Facility, this will simplify the adding of multiple members.
  • Moved the Movement grid in the customer screen to the performance tab, added GP%
  • Added Supplier, Qty On hand and Average Cost to the Stock Sales Matrix
  • The Holds system has been reinstated. Holds are found in the sales form system options screen
  • Support added for Klaviyo integration, contact support@allspoke.com for assistance setting this up
  • The Gross and Nett sales on the banking summary will now represent the sales for the date range rather than the shift total.
  • Added Qty Received to the order entry stock detail grid.
  • Improvements made to the Rate of Sale calculation to make it more accurate.
  • Removed "Load Transactions" on transaction register - use the standard <Print> button instead.
  • Tidied up the Reports submenu, items are now grouped by function (eg Sales reports, Stock reports etc)
Vsn 14.2
  • Added to the transaction list in the Stock screen. the Qty On hand at the time before the transaction.
  • Nett Sales added to the Management Summary.
  • Enterprise POS Customers. You may configure the enter New CRM screen. You can decide what fields are visible and what are mandatory.
  • Added support for creating and maintaining options in Shopify. These options, when required, will now be automatically set up to include Size and Colour in Shopify.
  • Updated ordering system for Enterprise Customers
  • Updated the secondary screen display to support multiple monitor sizes.
  • The sales docket when displaying the CRM member number will now display the Altref if one is entered
  • Improved stability when switching between Full Sales and Quick Sales modes in the Sales Form. Now more resistant to unintended mouse interactions.
  •  Enhanced filter logic to search across multiple fields in the stock and sales screens. Each word entered in Contains is now matched against: Description, Supplier Code, Extended Description, Alternate Ref, Style, and Style Description.
  • Removing the shopify data from the stock screen in the premium POS will not delete the item from shopify
  • Added Best/Worst Seller report to the POS see here.
  • Added Integrated with Cameras, key sales events (like transactions, refunds, or voids) are automatically sent to Nx Witness.
  • Added Code to control errant mouse activity on the sales screen.

Vsn 14.1

  • Added Voucher Listing to the Premium POS.
  • Added Ability to set a Minimum GP for items, if set the stock receipting screen will recalculate the new Retail see here.
  • Fix to Vehicle register lookup to prevent wrong vehicle data being applied to CRM when using the sales screen for look ups.
  • Added to Dashboard. Inventory page.
  • POS will now independently calculate total inventory values without having to rely on staff running the end of day process.
  • Added delete button to the Premium POS keyboard builder.
  • Added to the stock screen "When sold if the CRM is not set the sale screen will ask for it". if these items are included in a sale and the CRM is not set the sales screen will prompt for it
  • Updated the Management Summary consolidating essential KPIs into an intuitive format.
  • The Save as Excel option on reports will now create an XLSX file for the latest version of Excel. If you need the older version change the filetype in the save as box to 'XLS'
  • Added to the Premium POS, Bulk Stock Maintenance.
  • The Banking report has been tidied up.
  • Added support for scanning in the QuickSell/Hospitality sales page. You can now scan any item on this page in addition to the usual touch key method.

Version 13

Represents many under the hood changes that solidify Ramsys Central communications enhancing the software's reliability and stability.
By improving the communication protocols, the software is able to transmit data more efficiently and accurately, reducing the likelihood of errors or data loss. 
Additionally, making Ramsys Central available to Premium users will provide access to advanced features, backup and tools that can help businesses to manage their operations more effectively.
Vsn 13.8
  1. Improved CRM Entry Workflow: The CRM entry popup in the sales screen has been streamlined. If you cannot find a member using the search function, simply press "Esc" or tap the "X" in the top right of the search grid. This will return you to the CRM popup screen, allowing you to add a new entry easily.
  2. Entering Budgets is now much more accurate. When calculating budgets, the system compares similar days. For instance, when determining the budget for Sunday, September 1st, it will use sales data from the closest corresponding Sunday from the previous year (in this case, Sunday, August 27th). This approach ensures a more accurate comparison.
  3. Added Balance Register to the Account/Layby Report. This will allow you to print a list of customers with their balances as at any date.
  4. Added Suppliers Code (Manfcode) to the stock status report.
Vsn 13.7
  1. Added the ability to print customer statement data as a report with one line per customer. The balances will be calculated as at the end  report date, allowing you to print customer balances as of any date.
  2. The AI model in the Stock master screen for creating notes has been upgraded to GPT-4.0, this will enhance the quality and relevance of the notes.
  3. Vouchers can now be used for both percentage (%) discounts and fixed dollar ($) value discounts. When entering a voucher, the value will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount due at that time. This allows for flexible discount options to better suit the needs of customers.
  4. Revised the method for synchronising CRM members with the Central database. CRM records will be sent to the Central cloud database immediately, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurately reflected across all systems.
  5. Major change to the Ramsys attribute system. Ramsys now utilises attribute tags, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency. These tags can be entered in any order and created directly within the stock screen making the process more intuitive and streamlined. See here.
Vsn 13.6
  1. The return process now easily supports returns at other locations. The first field is now Location, this will default to your location simply press enter if you are returning a local sale. Enter the location code or search as normal if not.
  2. Added to the Stock Adjustments screen . the ability to load a stock receipt docket into the adjustments. This is useful to reverse a stock receipt.
  3. Information added to stocktake adjustment. The adjustment record will contain the original Qty of the stock item before the stocktake is updated.
  4. Customer conversion rate has been integrated into the Dashboard and main menu. This feature will be visible when you have the BellWether application installed in your store, and Ramsys is configured to communicate with it.
  5. The AI suggest function has been upgraded to utilise the faster and more powerful OpenAI engine, which is the same engine powering ChatGPT.
  6. Added barcode to the Stocktake report.
  7. Sell security checking - this will now include the miscellaneous code.
  8. Added a Store traffic page to the dashboard.
  9. Added ability to create a Promotion for Multi-buys. This will enable and disable a multi-buy for the set period, note promotional multi-buys will override standard multi-buys to the set period.
  10. Added - ability to load and discount sales using a discount voucher.
  11. Added to the dashboard a new Stat - the number of new CRM members added for the day.
  12. Added in Stocktake print - the ability to extract the raw stocktake data to a CSV file able to be read by most spreadsheet apps.
  13.  Tidy up for the Attribute master screen.
  14. Added 'Manufacturer to the Stock screen. The Manufacturer of the Product, if entered will post as vendor in Shopify, if empty will use the supplier as vendor.
  15. CRMsearch filter now allows searching of partial names, ie. "STRAT" will locate "Mark Stratton"
Vsn 13.5
  1. Cleanup of the Premium Customer screen. 
  2. Added a Quick Setup page to the Premium Stock screen. This page consolidates the most commonly used fields into one convenient location. You can set this as your default page.
  3. In the Premium version, a new feature has been added to Stock receipting. Now, if you attempt to receive an invalid stock code, you will be prompted to set up the item. This process utilises the quick setup screen, which requires only essential information to be filled out. Extra detail may be added via the normal stock screen at a later date.
  4. The transaction list in the customer master has been updated to a tree structure. This modification enables invoice reprinting functionality similar to the Transaction Register.
  5. Update to the procedure for Transfer docket transmission. Instead of generating the file on the master system, we have streamlined the process to create the file directly on the Local Point of Sale (POS). Additionally, we have changed the format to send the docket as an attached PDF document. This adjustment is designed to enhance efficiency, especially for larger transfers. You will now find the docket attached to this email as a PDF file.
  6. Added Invoice ref/no to the receipts register - this allows an easy invoice check to see if an invoice has been received.
  7. Changes to Stock Receipting screen
  1. When entering the manufacturers code of the item to receive. This has now been extended, you can now enter all or part of the ISC, barcode, manufacturers code or description and the system will search for it. If more than one qualifying record is found you will be able to elect the desired one in the standard search grid.
  2. The invoice check will now allow for variances <1c and not warn of an imbalance.
  3. In the non-enterprise version, we have added a convenient feature that allows you to add a new stock item directly while receiving said item, without having to navigate away from the stock receipting screen if the item being received doesn't exist in the inventory.
  4. In the non enterprise version you can now maintain pricing direct from the stock receipting screen. Simply right click the desired line and choose "Maintain"
  1. Supplier master screen has a transaction enquiry facility added.
  2. When looking up a supplier you may enter all of part of the supplier code or name and the system will find it.
  3. Customer master. The transaction enquiry is now a tree form and allows reprinting of dockets.
  4. When looking up a customer you may enter all of part of the customer code, Company, first name or surname and the system will find it.
  5. Received on account - When looking up a customer you may enter all of part of the customer code, Company, first name or surname and the system will find it.
  6. Added a receive payment button to the customer master screen.
  7. Updated format of the Parked Sale Docket.
  8. Changed font in the standard sales docket. this basic font is more friendly to most docket printer, especially the older ones and will result in a clearer print.
  9. Added to Stock receipting. Now, upon entering an invoice reference, the system will check if the provided invoice reference has been used in the last 60 days. If it has been used, a warning will be issued, accompanied by details of the corresponding Stock receipt on which it was processed.

  11. Added ability to set your own date for a payment received on account. This is an optional setting and by default is disabled.
  12. Added to Customer master Screen. "Monthly Stats" - this page will display the Total Sales,Credits,Debits and movement per month for the customer.
  13. Added, new report Management summary.
  14. Added to Premium, the ability to add a Managers email. If set, upon End of Day the POS will email a management summary
  15. Added to the Daily Ranking, Today's Insights. A set of statistics for the current day of the week.
  16. Added to the stock Transactions audit on a transfer in line now the system will display the Qty Onhand at the time of the transfer receipt.
Vsn 13.4
  1. Added to the account lookup screen in sales.Now, when you search for an account, a popup box will appear, allowing you to filter the results. You can simply type any part of the name or company. If the search finds multiple matches, the usual grid will display, but only showing the qualifying records.
  2. In the sales screen, if you set a trade sell, the system will prompt you to apply that pricing to all items already entered in the sale, streamlining the process for you.
  3. The credit customer extract function has been improved. Now, it can generate statements without requiring an extraction. When you initiate the process, you'll be asked if you want to proceed with the extraction.
  4. Last year's sales data has been added to the dashboard. Please note that this feature compares the sales figures from the same day last year. For example, if today is Monday, the system will display the sales data from the closest Monday of the previous year.
  5. Added to the customer master screen. When you are viewing customer transactions, you now have the option to reprint a sales docket. Please be aware that this feature is applicable only for sales made at your store.
  6. To enhance the stock receipting process, the inline search criteria for items have been broadened. Now, when receipting an item, you can input all or part of the ISC, Supplier Code, Description, or Bar-code into the Supplier Code field. The system will perform a search for products that match the provided criteria. If only one item is found, it will be automatically loaded. In cases where multiple qualifying items are found, a search grid will be displayed, allowing you to choose from the matching records.
  7. Added ability to add a comment to a park to assist recovery.
Vsn 13.3
  1. The Stock take report will now print to the screen. This will also the standard report features such as print/save as/email
  2. In the Premium version. When setting up a new stock item the system has a "AI Suggest Notes" button - this will attempt to write a notes script or you using AI. You will be able to edit this further.
  3. Added to the Sales Analysis a select box to allow select incl or excl GST. Now, there's a box to choose 'Incl' or 'Excl,' with the default setting being 'Incl
  4. Introduced support for traffic counting, which involves collaborating with a third party. This feature will supply the precise count of customers entering the store, enabling us to calculate conversion rates from shoppers to buyers with precision, an invaluable piece of information.   1. Added code to the create new stock take to ensure there are no duplicate docket numbers.

Vsn 13.0
  1. Fix to stock receipting where looking up an order number then escaping without selecting one could cause an error.
  2. Changes made to accommodate focus change in windows which was causing confusion when searching for items.
  3. Updated - the Year to Date page on the Dashboard will now show a bar graph depicting monthly sales for the last 13 months. Hover over a bar to see the sale value.
  4. Premium users - performance tab added to the Stock/Supplier/Customer screens in the Maintenance page. This will provide the monthly sales for the last 13 months in a graphical form. Enterprise users this is available in Ramsys Central for all stores. Note, when viewed at the POS this data is for the current store only, when viewed on Central it will be sales at all stores.
