Version 15
Ramsys is now compiled on the latest release of its development language platform (August 2025). This brings notable improvements and adds capabilities, including support for addressing up to 4TB of RAM, improved stability, performance enhancements, and ongoing compatibility with modern Windows environments.

- Improvements to the Shopify API, a new sync method means data sync to Shopify will be instantaneous.
- Improvements to the Klaviyo API sync, new members will be added instantaneously.

- The Ordering module when run in sales replenishment mode will now include all items - even if they are not required to order. this will make it easier to add orders manually. Tick off the all items box if you do not want this.
- Print Preview in Order processing has been added to the manual order screen.

- When using the QuickSell button in Sales screen to select a weighed item without scales connected, the system will now prompt for the quantity (weight) sold.

Version 13
Represents many under the hood changes that solidify Ramsys Central communications enhancing the software's reliability and stability.
By improving the communication protocols, the software is able to transmit data more efficiently and accurately, reducing the likelihood of errors or data loss.
Additionally, making Ramsys Central available to Premium users will provide access to advanced features, backup and tools that can help businesses to manage their operations more effectively.
Vsn 13.8
- Improved CRM Entry Workflow: The CRM entry popup in the sales screen has been streamlined. If you cannot find a member using the search function, simply press "Esc" or tap the "X" in the top right of the search grid. This will return you to the CRM popup screen, allowing you to add a new entry easily.
- Entering Budgets is now much more accurate. When calculating budgets, the system compares similar days. For instance, when determining the budget for Sunday, September 1st, it will use sales data from the closest corresponding Sunday from the previous year (in this case, Sunday, August 27th). This approach ensures a more accurate comparison.
- Added Balance Register to the Account/Layby Report. This will allow you to print a list of customers with their balances as at any date.
- Added Suppliers Code (Manfcode) to the stock status report.
Vsn 13.7
- Added the ability to print customer statement data as a report with one line per customer. The balances will be calculated as at the end report date, allowing you to print customer balances as of any date.
- The AI model in the Stock master screen for creating notes has been upgraded to GPT-4.0, this will enhance the quality and relevance of the notes.
- Vouchers can now be used for both percentage (%) discounts and fixed dollar ($) value discounts. When entering a voucher, the value will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount due at that time. This allows for flexible discount options to better suit the needs of customers.
- Revised the method for synchronising CRM members with the Central database. CRM records will be sent to the Central cloud database immediately, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurately reflected across all systems.
- Major change to the Ramsys attribute system. Ramsys now utilises attribute tags, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency. These tags can be entered in any order and created directly within the stock screen making the process more intuitive and streamlined. See here.
Vsn 13.6
- The return process now easily supports returns at other locations. The first field is now Location, this will default to your location simply press enter if you are returning a local sale. Enter the location code or search as normal if not.
- Added to the Stock Adjustments screen . the ability to load a stock receipt docket into the adjustments. This is useful to reverse a stock receipt.
- Information added to stocktake adjustment. The adjustment record will contain the original Qty of the stock item before the stocktake is updated.
- Customer conversion rate has been integrated into the Dashboard and main menu. This feature will be visible when you have the BellWether application installed in your store, and Ramsys is configured to communicate with it.
- The AI suggest function has been upgraded to utilise the faster and more powerful OpenAI engine, which is the same engine powering ChatGPT.
- Added barcode to the Stocktake report.
- Sell security checking - this will now include the miscellaneous code.
- Added a Store traffic page to the dashboard.
- Added ability to create a Promotion for Multi-buys. This will enable and disable a multi-buy for the set period, note promotional multi-buys will override standard multi-buys to the set period.
- Added - ability to load and discount sales using a discount voucher.
- Added to the dashboard a new Stat - the number of new CRM members added for the day.
- Added in Stocktake print - the ability to extract the raw stocktake data to a CSV file able to be read by most spreadsheet apps.
- Tidy up for the Attribute master screen.
- Added 'Manufacturer to the Stock screen. The Manufacturer of the Product, if entered will post as vendor in Shopify, if empty will use the supplier as vendor.
- CRMsearch filter now allows searching of partial names, ie. "STRAT" will locate "Mark Stratton"
Vsn 13.5
- Cleanup of the Premium Customer screen.
- Added a Quick Setup page to the Premium Stock screen. This page consolidates the most commonly used fields into one convenient location. You can set this as your default page.
- In the Premium version, a new feature has been added to Stock receipting. Now, if you attempt to receive an invalid stock code, you will be prompted to set up the item. This process utilises the quick setup screen, which requires only essential information to be filled out. Extra detail may be added via the normal stock screen at a later date.
- The transaction list in the customer master has been updated to a tree structure. This modification enables invoice reprinting functionality similar to the Transaction Register.
- Update to the procedure for Transfer docket transmission. Instead of generating the file on the master system, we have streamlined the process to create the file directly on the Local Point of Sale (POS). Additionally, we have changed the format to send the docket as an attached PDF document. This adjustment is designed to enhance efficiency, especially for larger transfers. You will now find the docket attached to this email as a PDF file.
- Added Invoice ref/no to the receipts register - this allows an easy invoice check to see if an invoice has been received.
